Terms and Conditions
Effective from 1 January 2025
1. Parties
These terms apply between NTC Dev-teamet (org. no. 928 576 876, Edelgranveien 52, 1356 Bekkestua) and the customer entering into an agreement for website services.
2. The service
NTC Dev provides design, development, hosting, and maintenance of websites for Norwegian small businesses. The website is accessible on the customer's domain for the duration of the agreement.
3. Price and payment
Monthly price is 99 kr for the first month and 199 kr/month from month 2 onwards. Invoices are issued monthly and due within 14 days. Late payments incur statutory interest.
4. Setup
Setup is free if the work is straightforward and can be completed within 2 hours. More extensive setups are billed at the current hourly rate of 399 kr/hour, agreed in writing in advance.
5. Change requests
After publishing, the customer is entitled to one (1) free change request. This may cover changes to colors, images, text, or font, and must be submitted as a single bundled request. Further change requests are billed at 399 kr/hour.
6. Lock-in and cancellation
There is no lock-in period. The agreement can be cancelled with one month's written notice. The website is taken down at the end of the agreement. The customer may request an export of text content.
7. Limitation of liability
NTC Dev is not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data breaches at third-party providers, or force majeure. Our liability is limited to the monthly subscription amount.
8. Intellectual property
The customer owns their own content (text, images, logo). NTC Dev retains rights to design and code until full payment. After the agreement ends, the customer has no right to use NTC Dev's design.
9. Privacy
NTC Dev processes contact information in accordance with Norwegian privacy law (GDPR). We do not share data with third parties without consent.
10. Governing law
Disputes are governed by Norwegian law, with Bærum District Court as the venue.
